GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Friday June 8th Setting up 2.00pm 7.30pm
  • Saturday June 9th Setting up 7.00am 10.00am
  • Judging 10.00am 12 noon
  • Open to the Public 10.00am 4.30pm
  • Dinner Challa Gardens Hotel
  • All awards to be presented at the Dinner
  • Sunday June 10th Open to the Public 10.00am 3.00pm

Exhibitors are asked by the organisers to leave exhibits in place until the Show closes at 3.00pm on Sunday.
It would also be appreciated if Swap & Sell stalls remain intact until the hall is closed.

COST

  • Exhibitors: $8.00 per exhibit.

Swap & Sell:

  • Non-exhibitors $40.00 for 1m (minimum) $40.00 per extra metre
  • 1 exhibit: $25.00 for 1m (minimum) $40.00 per extra metre
  • 2 or more exhibits: $25.00 for 1m (minimum) $25.00 per extra metre

Complimentary passes to exhibitors and their immediate family.

ON ARRIVAL

Please report to the information desk and sign in, to collect your name tags. Only persons wearing name-tags will be allowed into the hall prior to 10.00am Saturday.

EARLY BIRDS

Patrons not exhibiting or stall holding will only be admitted after 8.00am and prior to 10.00am Saturday upon payment of $20.00 and a name tag issued.
