Pale Green top ginger beer made by the Bendigo Pottery.

In June 1910 J.L.Allingham, secretary of the Bendigo Pottery wrote to the owner E.J.Hartley questioning the decision of the companies Melbourne salesman Mr. Purser to give G.H.Bennett the sole rights to their new pale green glazed top ginger beers. Allingham hoped that they could review the deal with Bennett but it would seem that indeed they were the only company supplied by Bendigo to use the pale green colour on their stone bottles.
